Mods for Cattails: Wildwood Story are stored here: AppData\Local\Cattails_Wildwood_Story\mods
Copy the mod folder within the .ZIP archive into the mods folder to install.

Steam automatically backups installed mods, this can cause problems with mod removal.
To uninstall a mod, startup Cattails: Wildwood Story and allow it to run for a few minutes.
Delete the mod folders you no longer want, then let the game run for another few minutes.
Restart the game, Steam Cloud should now no longer be restoring deleted mods.
