May 2025

Not much happened this month, just been working on projects.

Games

Video games recently played:
- [ PC ] Vintage Story : Re-learned of this game’s existence when I got back into modded Minecraft months ago. I enjoy it. Hopping between survival and creative in the same world (‘cause I don’t like having to swap worlds when I feel like building ugly brick structures, and sometimes I just like seeing my blocky abominations in the background while running about looking for ore.)

- [ PC ] To a T : A very lovely and adorable game with good music. It’s nice to see a game explore disability (especially physical disability) / just being different in a fun, positive way that isn’t centered around horror (not against it, just tired of seeing so many games built with the idea and not do much of anything new / creative / thoughtful with it.) Anyways, haven’t completed the game yet, but I’m enjoying it so far. To a T is a very cute and good game, I recommend it.

- [ PC ] The Midnight Walk : A game with a lovely stop-motion art direction, even using 3D-scanned models for some of the artwork. I enjoyed it, although wasn’t able to complete the game due to Proton (software to run Windows apps on Linux distros) having issues rendering video textures later in the game (or at least I think that was happening,) causing the game to freeze (this is a Proton issue, not an issue with the game itself.)

Artwork

Did not get any work done on Teratoma this month. :o( Been focusing on the other project. I am enjoying the project I’m working on, but honestly can’t wait to complete it so I can work on other things. So many ideas I refuse to touch until this thing is complete.

That’s all the words I have for now,
bye-bye!
