Drawing based on a character who appeared in a dream I had years ago. They are some sort of torture god.
They appeared on the cover of a virtual picture book for adults for Windows 95/98 that was thought to be lost. The interface of the software resembled a typical hardcover book, the artwork featured pixel lines, and somewhat painterly gradient shading that was dithered. Within the virtual book were depictions of various fantastical creatures being tortured in horrendously gruesome ways. The only stories I remember are about a goblin being forced to give birth to demons through their penis as a punishment, and an anthropomorphic cat getting their eyes pulped in their sockets and then lobotomized.
It was a very odd dream.
